Double Tree Property Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd was founded in 2003. Its management organizations include: Service Center, Housekeeping Center, Administration Center, Security Department and Engineering Department.

Double Tree Property Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd was founded accompanied by the Beijing Portland Garden which owns timber frame villas complexes (modern American timber-framed structures). It established a set of standard of service and managing procedures and created the environment of “we can both sell and rent houses, we provide our services for both Chinese and Westerners”. It is the only company which engages in timber-framed villa complex management. The company promotes kindness, and being thorough providing high quality management and services which have received tenants’ approval and recognition. Its unique method also provides long and reliant insurance for our consumers.

Now our projects including: Beijing Portland Garden, it located at Shunyi City Zone, 7 km far from Beijing Capital Airport. It occupies 160,000 m2 with constructed area of 74,000 m2, and it consists of 168 timber-framed villas and a club of 3,000 m2. The FAR is 0.35 and greenery area occupies 45%.

目前在管项目：北京波特兰花园别墅小区，位于顺义城区东南潮白河畔，距首都机场7公里。别墅区占地16万平方米，建筑面积7.4万平方米，由168栋全木结构美制洋楼别墅和一座3000余平方米的会所组成，项目容积率为0.35，绿化率为45%。
