Double Tree Property Management Company is a joint venture between Zhong Fang Real Estate Development Company and Tecsun （Suzhou） Homes and it is managed by Tecsun Homes. Zhong Fang is a well respected real estate developer with many successful projects in Shanghai and in the nearby suburbs including Li Jiang Shan Shui located in Xin Zuang and Belle Wood Villas located in San Ling, Pudong. Tecsun is a well-know wood-frame house builder located in the state of California in the United States.

Double Tree Property Management Company was founded in early 2004 in order to provide high-quality property management services for the Belle Wood Villas residential community. Belle Wood Villas is a Zhong Fang development that features 109 Tecsun wood framed villa homes ranging in size from 249 to 429 square meters in size. The villas are for lease at rates from USD 5,500 to USD 10,000 per month. The target market is international expatriates and their families.
